For further queries our reception is at your complete disposal at all times. We wish you a pleasant stay and are already looking forward to your next visit.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY – ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT
Glamping Sun Valley Bioterme, like the Bioterme hotel, works in the sense of protecting the environment and as such is considered an environmentally friendly tourist accommodation. We strive for less air pollution, more economical use of energy and other natural resources, less pollution of the environment and the surroundings.
We ask you to support our environmental goals with your behavior.
WATER
Water from the water supply is potable. Water is one of the most precious goods, so we ask you to act economically and turn off the taps. Please follow some of our suggestions for saving water: turn off the water while brushing your teeth, shampooing and soaping your hands, turn off the taps after use. Please report any water leaks to the reception immediately. It is not allowed to pour environmentally harmful substances into the drain.
WASTE SORTING
The bin in the bathroom is intended for organic waste. All other waste should be thrown into the bin provided in your accommodation unit. We will sort it during cleaning. We kindly ask you not to throw waste into the toilet.
ECOLOGICAL ISLANDS
There are two ecological islands in the glamping site. The first is located at the parking lot above, and the second at the service facility below. Please separate your waste before throwing it into the containers provided.
HOTEL LINEN CHANGE
For environmental reasons, we kindly ask you to handle hotel linen with care and request changes only when necessary. This helps conserve the environment by reducing energy and water consumption as well as the use of detergents.
Please place the towels you wish to have replaced in the bathtub or shower.
Bathrobes and bed linen are changed every 7 days.
More frequent changes of towels, bathrobes, or bed linen are available at an additional charge and upon prior request at the hotel reception.
ELECTRICITY
We ask you to use electricity sparingly.
We appreciate your contribution to protecting the environment!
HOUSE RULES
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
On the day of arrival, the accommodation unit is available from 3 p.m. and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Guests who wish to extend their stay until 4 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged according to the current price list.
If you wish to extend your stay on the day of departure (late check-out), please inform the reception 1 day in advance.
ACCOMMODATION INVOICE
You can settle the bill at the hotel reception from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. or on the day of departure by 11 a.m. In the case of a longer stay, the bill must be settled every 7 days, and the remainder upon departure.
If you are unable to use the booked wellness services, please cancel them at least 2 hours before the booked time. If you do not cancel the service, you will be charged the full price according to the valid price list.
MEAL TIME IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT
- breakfast: 07:00 – 10:00
- lunch: 12:00 – 14:00
- dinner: 18:00 – 20:00
Guests of the Glamping resort Sun Valley Bioterme can enjoy breakfast in the restaurant of the Bioterme hotel or order it to their accommodation unit for an additional fee of 6 Euro per person. The latter must be announced upon arrival.
It is not allowed to take food away from the restaurant.
Breakfast is included in the price of the overnight stay and cannot be canceled.
SELF-SERVICE POOL RESTAURANT
Winter opening hours:
– Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00
– Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00
– Sunday from 9:00 to 19:00
Summer opening hours from 8:00 to 21:00.
CANCELLATION OF MEALS
Meal cancellations are only accepted if they have been reported to the hotel reception in time: for lunch by 09:00, for dinner by 15:00 on the same day.
Breakfast is included in the price of the overnight stay and cannot be cancelled.
Upon request, we can prepare a dry food meal (so-called lunch package), if you order it by 08:00 in the morning, at the hotel reception
NIGHT QUIET
Night peace is guaranteed to guests from 23:00 to 07:00, so we ask for your consideration.
FORGOTTEN ITEMS
Before leaving, check again if you have forgotten anything. Found items are sent home only at your request. The guest is responsible for the shipping and packaging costs. We store them for a maximum of one month, after which we act in accordance with regulations.
DRESS CODE
We ask that you wear a bathrobe only in the accommodation unit, when visiting the swimming pool, saunas and spa center. Relaxed and elegant clothing is preferred in the catering areas.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation units. Smoking is permitted on the terraces of the accommodation units.
DAMAGE TO INVENTORY
Inventory damaged by the guest in the accommodation unit or elsewhere in the glamping village will be charged based on the estimated damage. You will settle the bill at the hotel reception. A deposit of 100 EUR in cash is required upon arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure after an inspection of the accommodation unit, provided that the accommodation unit and inventory are not damaged.
LAUNDRY AND IRONING
Place your laundry order at the hotel reception.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
The mains voltage is 220 V. If you need an adapter, please contact the hotel reception. The use of your own heaters is prohibited for safety reasons. Please use electricity sparingly.
ELECTRICAL CHARGING STATION – 22 kW
Located in the parking lot opposite the Bioterme Hotel under a canopy.
You can get a card for the electric charging station at the hotel reception for a deposit of €50.00.
Upon returning the card, the consumption will be checked. The cost of consumption can be charged to your room or paid on site.
POWER OUTAGE
In the event of a power outage, we ask for your understanding.
WATER
Tap water is drinkable. Water is one of the most precious goods, so we ask you to use it sparingly and turn off the taps.
DRYING
We ask that you dry wet clothes on the radiator in the bathroom. Drying on the fence of the accommodation unit is not permitted.
DELAYS AND CANCELLATIONS OF SERVICES
Guests are asked to arrive for services on time. If you miss the reserved service without justification, the service time will be shortened. If the delay is too long (over 10 minutes), the therapy will be considered completed and will be charged.
If you are unable to use the reserved wellness services, please cancel them at least 2 hours before the reserved time. If you do not cancel the service, you will be charged the full price according to the valid price list.
USE OF THE WOODEN TUB ON THE TERRACE
If there is a wooden tub with thermal water in front of your unit, there is an additional charge of 12 Eur per night. You pour the thermal water into the tub yourself. The tub capacity is 1,160 l, and the water temperature is between 30° and 38° C, depending on the outside air temperature. Use of the tub is at your own risk.
GENERAL GLAMPING INFORMATION
ANIMATION
The weekly animation program is on the information boards (connecting corridor, elevator). More detailed information is available on the Bioterme website, at the hotel reception and from the animator.
SURVEY
We would be happy if you would fill out the survey form and submit it to the hotel reception. Your opinion will help us maintain the quality of our services.
SWIMMING POOLS AND SAUNAS
Winter opening hours of the swimming pool areas are:
– Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM,
– Friday 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM,
– Saturday 9:00 AM -9:00 PM,
– Sunday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (if the next day is a holiday, until 9:00 PM)
Summer opening hours of the swimming pool areas are:
– from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
The opening hours of the outdoor areas are adjusted to the external weather conditions in both summer and winter.
Sauna opening hours are:
– Monday to Friday from 12:00 to 20:00
– Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00
During your stay, you can enjoy swimming in the indoor and outdoor pools of the thermal park.
In addition, the pool on the 1st floor of the Bioterme hotel is open during the summer season. Close to the hotel pool and the outdoor bathing area, naturist guests can also enjoy the FKK terrace.
The biological pool is available exclusively to guests of the Sunvalley glamping site, where you can swim in natural water purified by plants.
ATM
The ATM is located in front of the hotel entrance. You can also withdraw cash at the Post Office of Slovenia, which is located in the connecting corridor towards the swimming pools, which connects the hotel with the thermal park.

We offer photocopying services for a fee according to the valid price list at the hotel reception.

The hair salon is located in Mala Nedelja.
GLAMPING CARD
The glamping card is a document that identifies you throughout the complex, so always keep it with you.
GLAMPING CARD – KEY
The glamping card – key allows you access to the glamping village and your accommodation unit when you go on foot or by car. If you lose the glamping card – key, you will be charged according to the current price list.
HOTEL CAFE
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, opening hours are from 7:00 to 22:00.
INTERNET
We offer free internet access in the glamping village and in the hotel.
You can connect without a password.
AIR CONDITIONING
All accommodation units are air-conditioned. You can regulate the air conditioning to your liking + -, the air conditioning is activated only if the balcony doors and windows are closed.
GUEST BOOK
At both receptions, you can write your opinions and suggestions about the offer and quality of our services in the guest book.
DO NOT DISTURB SIGN
If you hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the outside of the door, you will alert the maid that you do not wish to be disturbed.
VISITS TO THE ACCOMMODATION UNITS
These are only permitted upon prior registration at the reception.
BLANKET
An extra blanket is available in the closet of your accommodation unit.
MALFUNCTION
Please report any malfunction to the hotel reception or the maid. You can also report the fault by calling 00386 565 2000.
PARKING
Free parking is available in the two outdoor parking lots of the glamping village and the outdoor parking lot of the hotel or for a fee in the hotel’s basement garage. There are also parking spaces for the disabled. All information is available at the hotel reception.
SALE OF NEWSPAPERS, MAGAZINES, POSTCARDS AND RETAIL ITEMS
Daily newspapers, magazines, postcards, stamps, cosmetics and other small items can be purchased in the shop and at the Post Office in the connecting corridor towards the swimming pools and at the hotel reception. We offer you a free newspaper in the hotel café.

The nearest branch of Pošta Slovenije is located in the connecting corridor towards the swimming pools, phone +386 (0)2 565 2010. Mail addressed to your name can be collected from the hotel reception from 10 am onwards.

FIRE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Dear guests!
Hospitality and safety are present everywhere in our house. Although the probability of a fire breaking out is very small, we are prepared for this case and we ask for your cooperation.
PREVENTIVE MEASURES
Upon arrival, familiarize yourself with the location of your glamping house or tent, the emergency exit routes and passages, and the location of hand-held fire extinguishers. All this information is outlined in the evacuation plan posted in your house.
Smoking is prohibited in the house or tent!
The use of your own cooking, heating, and ironing appliances is prohibited.
Entry into the employee areas is prohibited.
NOTIFICATION
In the event of a fire, we will inform you of the location and provide you with all necessary instructions.
If you discover a fire yourself and report the location of the fire, call 00386 565 2000.
RESCUE
In the event of a fire, do not use the elevator to evacuate.
Evacuate via the routes marked on the plans in your rooms.
ACTION IN THE EVENT OF A FIRE
Remain calm and reasonable.
Try to extinguish the initial fire yourself using the installed firefighting equipment or handy tools.
Report the fire to 00386 565 2000 or directly to the firefighters at 112.
Provide all information to the rescuers and firefighters.
Evacuate to a safe assembly point.
Notify the fire chief of any missing persons.

Glamping Sun Valley Bioterme and Bioterme Mala Nedelja are located in the heart of Prlekija, in the municipality of Ljutomer. You can arrive via the new “Pomurka” motorway (direction Murska Sobota), where you follow the Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici exit. From the exit to Glamping Sončna dolina Bioterme and Bioterme it is only 10 kilometers. The route is well marked with directional signs.
Both in Bioterme and in Glamping Sončna dolina Bioterme we act ecologically in all areas and we encourage our guests to do the same. You can also get to us by public transport.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THE ROOM THERMOSTAT
The Sun Valley Bioterme glamping villa facilities use a heating system using IR panels. IR panels are mounted on the ceilings in individual heating rooms. In this way, we want to create maximum comfort and ensure a healthy microclimate.
The temperature in the rooms is regulated by a room thermostat. The room thermostat allows you to set the heating time and the desired temperature. The following temperature regime in the rooms is preset for all days of the week:
- daytime temperature, from 7:00 to 21:00, 22°C and
- night temperature, from 21:00 to 7:00, 19°C.
SWITCHING ON THE HEATING OR TEMPERATURE CONTROL
To change the temperature, press the up ˄ or down ˅ arrows, set the desired temperature and press the button. If the room temperature is lower than the preset temperature, a flame symbol will appear on the display – meaning that the heating is on. The temperature will remain at the specified degrees until the next change.
SWITCH OFF HEATING OR FROST PROTECTION
To switch on frost protection, use the left < or right > keys to select the switch-off symbol, then confirm with the key (1x). The snowflake house symbol will be displayed. In this state, the heating will turn on independently when it detects a drop in the temperature set as frost protection. To switch off frost protection, repeat the procedure – the snowflake house symbol will disappear.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF WOODEN TUBES
The wooden tubs, which are located on the terraces of Glamping villas no. GB02, GB05, GB07, GB09, GM30, GM31, GM32 and GM33, of the Sončna dolina Bioterme resort, are made of oak wood. The interior of the tub is treated with a polyester insert. The wooden tub has a diameter of 149cm, the water volume is approx. 1600l. The wooden tubs are filled with thermal water. The thermal water in the area of the Bioterme Mala Nedelja swimming pool has been declared a natural medicinal product. It can be used in the case of indications:
- diseases of the musculoskeletal system,
- diseases of the vegetative-nervous system and
- dermatological diseases (dermatological rehabilitation).
The depth of the thermal water intake is 1,537m, and the water temperature at the well mouth is 50.9°C.
Filling the tub
To achieve a sufficient final water temperature in the tub, it is first necessary to drain some of the water in the pipeline. Remove the rubber plug from the drain and open the thermal water valve. With the thermal water valve open, the water should drain freely from the wooden tub. The time it takes for warm thermal water to flow into the wooden tub is approx. 15 minutes. When the temperature suits you, insert the rubber plug into the drain and start filling, which takes approx. 9 to 12 minutes. In this way, the thermal water temperature in the wooden tub can be reached from 34 to a maximum of 37°C. The drop in the water temperature in the tub is approx. 1 to 1.5°C/hour (depending on the ambient temperature). When the water is too cold, it is necessary to completely replace the water or empty the wooden tub and repeat the filling process.
